Uncoverly - Terms of Use (EULA)
Effective Date: 19 September, 2025Welcome to Uncoverly, a subscription tracking app developed by Peter Zoltan Iszak.
By downloading, installing, or using Uncoverly, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree, please do not use the app.⸻1. Purpose of the AppUncoverly helps you manage and track your personal subscriptions.
The app is privacy-first: your data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced with your iCloud account. We do not operate external servers and do not sell or share your data.⸻2. Subscriptions and PaymentsUncoverly offers both a free tier and paid Pro plans:
• Free Plan: Track up to 8 subscriptions.
• Pro Plans (auto-renewable subscriptions or lifetime purchase):
• Monthly: Unlock unlimited subscriptions, custom reminders, and multi-currency insights.
• Yearly: Same features as Monthly, billed annually at a discounted rate.
• Lifetime: One-time purchase, permanent access to Pro features.Billing
• Payments are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.Managing Subscriptions
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions anytime in your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are handled directly by Apple, not by Uncoverly or onTarget Consulting.⸻3. Data and Privacy
• No external servers: all data stays on your device and, if enabled, in your private iCloud account.
• No ads, no tracking, no analytics beyond what Apple provides (e.g. App Store Connect statistics).
• You can export or delete all of your data at any time via in-app options.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of subscription data you enter into the app.
• Uncoverly provides reminders and estimates, but it is your responsibility to monitor and manage your actual subscriptions and payments.
• Uncoverly is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.⸻5. Limitations of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law:
• onTarget Consulting and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Uncoverly.
• Your exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the app is to stop using it.⸻6. Changes to TermsWe may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted at this page and the “Effective Date” above will change. Continued use of Uncoverly after changes means you accept the updated Terms.⸻7.
